In the past the hotel was a thriving flour mill, today it has become a 5 star Hilton hotel. The building has been restored and offers a unique experience in the city of romantic canals.
The view from the large windows of the rooms gives the feeling that we are inside the sea, another magic of Venice.
The hotel is in the region of #Giudecca and with a privileged view of the city, especially at sunset. Many tourists from other hotels go to #Hilton to enjoy the sunset on the rooftop, it is phenomenal.
The hotel offers a shuttle service to the city center. For those who do not know Venice, this is the main means of transportation in the city. Even the taxis are in boats, which makes everything very charming.
With 379 rooms and suites, #HiltonMolino has the largest congress center and the second largest spa in Venice, plus the stunning rooftop swimming pool.
The Hilton is really a distinct hotel. I searched for several hotels in the city that provided us with comfort, an incredible experience. And the Hilton Molino exceeded my expectations. Well worth the tip of a friend who also stayed there.
I was very surprised with the agility of the check in and the willingness to provide us with the best stay. The receptionist asked us some usual questions and then offered us a room in a category above what we had chosen on the Booking without any additional cost.
My impressions were of being in an excellent hotel, super comfortable, great staff.
Breakfast is an experience apart. A super buffet with a wide variety of options, including vegetarian. The fava honey left me with mouth water !!! But in addition to breakfast, for guests enrolled in the Hilton's loyalty program, the hotel offers an exclusive space with 24-hour service - which looks a lot like an airport vip room. That is, even if you miss breakfast time, this Vip space offers some options for coffees and snacks (free of charge).

To go to one of the main attractions of the city, Piazza San Marco, the Hilton offers an exclusive hotel boat that leaves the front of the hotel and goes directly to Piazza. Important tip !!!! See the times of the boat! Another tip: #Hilton guests can board any boat from any hotel in the Giudecca Region, both to and from Piazza San Marco. Boats are important, mainly because a taxi costs about $ 60 euros for that trip of a few minutes.
